Skinni Minni Protein Bars

So now you can have your cake and eat it!

Get baking these fantastic Skinni Minni  'Homemade Protein Bars' to ensure you have a nutrient packed snack between meals. These are quick and easy to make as they can be made in under 30 minutes.

So say goodbye to boring chocolate bars, over processed pre-packed cakes and say hello to your new tasty indulgent treat. Lets get baking!



1 x Scoop Skinni Minni® 

150g Egg Whites

30g Nut Flaxseed

30g Apricots

30g Walnuts

1 tsp Cinnamon

½ tsp Ginger

Tip, 30g is around a handful which I find easier to portion size. Try almonds and dates as another combo.


How to Prepare

Preheat heat oven 180 degrees C [Gas mark 4-5]

Mix protein powder egg whites, spices, flaxseed together, add in diced apricots and walnuts.

Pour evenly into 8 bun tins and bake for 10-15minutes until risen & golden.

Protein Peanut Butter Balls



1 1/2 Scoops Skinni Minni® Choco loco 
80g Crunchy Peanut Butter 
2 tsp Sweetener 
1 tsp Cinnamon 
1/2 tsp Nutmeg 
10g Ground almonds 
1 tsp Water 1 

Mix Skinni MInni, peanut butter, spices adding sweetener and water until mixed and sticky.

Sprinkle the ground almonds onto a work surface. Roll mix into ball and roll onto almonds evenly.

Put in fridge to set before eating!


Protein Pancakes

Make these high protein tasty pancakes that is full of  Omega-3 essential fatty acids "good" fats. 


100g egg whites or 3 large egg whites
1 Scoop Skinni Minni® choco loco 
15g flaxseed

Mix ingredients, heat teaspoon coconut oil in pan. Pour in the mix and cook 3mins on each side.



Skinni Minni Mousse

A quick simple anytime of day mousse. Set in the fridge or eat straight away.


2 Scoops Skinni Minni® Choco Loco

Pinch of Cinnamon


Mix Choco Loco and Cinnamon together  - add water tsp at a time to get the correct consistency.
